We are here to listen and want to help. The Practice Manager at Highley Medical Centre is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice. The Practice Manager can provide you with information about the practice and help you if you have any questions, concerns or are puzzled about any aspect of a recent or past visit to the surgery. You can speak or write to the Practice Manager informally and confidentially. The Practice Manager will listen to what matters to you.

Highley Medical Centre would encourage patients to approach the surgery in the first instance for help regarding any aspect of the service we provide. You can raise a concern with the doctor, nurse or another member of staff but, if you do not feel comfortable talking directly to one of the staff providing your care or would prefer to talk to someone who is not directly involved in the care you receive contact The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). PALS is a confidential service for patients, their carers and family members who are receiving treatment or accessing any NHS Services.
